With the increase of ever evolving technologies, so too is an increase in various forms of deception. Perpetrators are there to trick artists and art buyers alike.
Yukio Kevin Iraha now inscribes a special mark or symbol on the back of each piece of artwork. Along with the mark/symbol, each piece of artwork will be accompanied by an official certificate of authenticity to indicate its legitimacy if necessary, depending on the time of purchase transactions. This, however, excludes any digital media such as digital photos or art, due to its reproduction capabilities and also because it is difficult to monitor users' actions and intent. While artist do not disprove reproductions or digital forms of art, anyone ability to falsify, misrepresent, or abuse one's work or reputation is not permissible by any means. Please be very careful of counterfeits, especially whenever monetary transactions are required. Please refer to the link in the Notes section of the official website with regards to the validity of the artist's associations.
WORD OF CAUTION
July 30, 2022 (updated). August 31, 2018 (Written)
Our ever-increasing dependence on the online world means that we have all come across absolutely irrelevant search results from who knows where. Unfortunately, these less than flattering results appear when others search for us without our knowledge. Regardless of whether they are intentionally trying to harm one’s reputation or not, the fact remains that they are, whether you like it or not.
There are many irrelevant spam sites that scrape content from legitimate sites, presenting it as valid when in fact it is not. Some sites may contain malware or viruses when you click on them. Thus, we ask consumers to be cautious and vigilant, to practice discernment about what is relevant and what’s not, especially with regard to purchases of any item online. Neither the artist nor this site (yukiokeviniraha.com) administrator solicits for money by any means.
We have listed the most current sites the artist has linked to. Bear in mind that discontinuing link accounts may or may not have been the artist's choice but could have been the sites' decision as well. They change over time. Please refer to this list and ignore other sites and links which have nothing to do with the artist.
